During this meeting participants will carry out field measurements of spotlights and after that they will discuss the results to determine the criteria to assess photochemical and thermal hazards at high-power spotlight exposed workplaces. The main goal is to develop a simplified risk assessment for relevant workplaces in order to provide a practicable tool for worksafety officers. This will help improve the optical radiation safety for exposed workers.
