Spectroradiometric system allows measurements in accordance with standards and technical report: PN-EN 14255:2010 Measurement and assessment of exposure to inconsistent optical radiation, PN-EN 62471:2010 Photobiological safety, IEC/34A/1541/DTR.

The set includes: GL SPECTIS 5.0 TOUCH – supporting the spectral range of 200 – 1050 nm (UV-VIS) and a set of measuring adapters (input system): Angular head (diffuser) for light intensity measurement, integrating sphere for light intensity measurements, integrating sphere for examining light flux and telescopes for measuring luminance.

The order was completed within the project No. POIG.02.01.00-14-088/09. The title of the project “Centre for Research and Development of Technology for Work Processes and Environment Safety (Tech-Safe-Bio) of the Central Institute for Labour Protection – National Research Institute”.  Project implemented under the Operational Programme Innovative Economy 2007-2013, Priority 2. R&D Infrastructure, Measure 2.1. Development of high research potential centers.

The project is co-financed by the European Union from the European Development Fund under Measure 4.3 Technological credit of the Operational Programme Innovative Economy. European Funds – for the development of innovative economy.GL Optic agreed to make a set of illuminators for the experiment of functional magnetic resonance. The system consisted of 2 illuminators, each of which was composed of 2 modules with a light surface of 90×90 mm to work outside the MR scanner. MR scanner illuminator built with a light source outside the Faraday cage and an optical system adapted to work inside the MR scanner.

 

Delivery of a set of illuminators for the fMRI experiment within the framework of the measure entitled “Development of a method of testing the influence of light color on psychophysical efficiency using the method of functional magnetic resonance”.

 

The measure is implemented by the IBD within the framework of Phase IV of the multiannual programme constituting a continuation of the multiannual programme “Improvement of safety and working conditions”, whose Phase I was established by Resolution No. 117/2007 of the Council of Ministers of 3 July 2007 for implementation in 2008-2010, Phase II by Resolution No. 154/2010 of the Council of Ministers of 21 September 2010 for implementation in 2011-2013, and Phase III by Resolution No. 126/2013 of the Council of Ministers of 16 July 2013 for implementation in 2014-2016.

Since 2008, the programme has been part of the national strategy for the creation of appropriate working conditions protecting the life and health of employees.The All-Russian Research Institute for Optical and Physical Measurements Federal State Unitary Enterprise (VNIIOFI) is the main institute of the Russian Federation in the field of photometry and radiometry research, funded by the Russian Federation. It has the status of National Centre for Certification of Measuring Instruments and is responsible for maintaining national standards related to optical measurements. In 2016 the VNIIOFI institute was requested to equip a laboratory with a spectral standard of light flux, which could be given the status of a national standard. The contractor selected as a result of the competition chose GL Optic as a supplier of a near field goniometer for spectral light flux measurement. The device developed and manufactured and commissioned by GL Optic was delivered in the fourth quarter of 2017.The project delivered a measuring head enabling the implementation of light measurements of navigation aids (technical luminaires) as part of the project implemented by AP-Tech to build an Automatic Preventive Maintenance System for Lighting Navigation Aids. The measurement head was made in the form of 15 photometric heads generating an analogue signal and a GL SPECTIS 1.0 UV VIS spectroradiometer generating a digital signal (USB).
