Heute ist CARLO das einzige Labor in Mittel- und Osteuropa, das mit dem Schwarzk\u00f6rperstrahler (Black-Body-Radiator) \u2013 der prim\u00e4ren Standardquelle f\u00fcr die Implementierung von Einheiten f\u00fcr spektrale Bestrahlungsst\u00e4rke \u2013 ausgestattet ist. Diese Art von Referenznormalen findet man nur in den f\u00fchrenden nationalen Metrologieinstituten (NMIs), wie z.B. NIST, PTB, NPL oder VNIIOFI.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a3019e5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"a3019e5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">R\u00fcckf\u00fchrbarkeit der absoluten Spektralkalibrierung<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-85e6da8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"85e6da8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Das erforderliche Ma\u00df an Qualit\u00e4t, geringer Unsicherheit und R\u00fcckf\u00fchrbarkeit der absoluten spektralen Kalibrierung wird durch die doppelte Verifizierung der Referenznormalen gew\u00e4hrleistet. Unser Schwarzk\u00f6rperstrahler (Black-Body), auch planckscher Strahler genannt, wurde vom Allrussischen Forschungsinstitut f\u00fcr optische und physikalische Messungen (VNIIOFI) geliefert. Der Doppelmonochromator mit Photomultiplier, SI- und InGaS-Detektoren kann Messungen im Spektralbereich 200-2400 nm durchf\u00fchren. Die Konsistenz der mit dieser Einrichtung erzielten Ergebnisse wird durch vergleichende Studien mit dem VNIIOFI-Institut \u2013 Mitglied des Beratenden Ausschusses f\u00fcr Photometrie und Radiometrie (CCPR) und der Arbeitsgruppe f\u00fcr Schl\u00fcsselvergleiche (CCPR-WG-KC) \u2013 best\u00e4tigt. Eine zus\u00e4tzliche Verifizierung der erzielten Ergebnisse wird durch den Vergleich mit dem von VNIIOFI zertifizierten Wolfram-Halogen-Standard erreicht. Der optische Komparator wird zur Herstellung optischer Strahlungsnormale im Spektralbereich 200-2400 nm verwendet. Bei Bedarf kann er auch zur spektralen Kalibrierung von Spektralradiometern verwendet werden.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div data-particle_enable=\"false\" Er ist f\u00fcr die Bestimmung der Wellenl\u00e4nge bestimmt, die durch jedes Pixel des Array-Detektors repr\u00e4sentiert wird, der im Spektroradiometer verwendet wird.
