Der Pegel dieses Rauschens wird haupts\u00e4chlich durch die Temperatur des Sensors selbst, aber auch durch die Integrationszeit beeinflusst. Daher muss jedes dieser Pixel genau der Wellenl\u00e4nge zugeordnet werden, f\u00fcr die es verantwortlich ist. Das Verfahren verwendet das Spektrum der Hg-Ar-Niederdrucklampe als Standard. Dieses Spektrum enth\u00e4lt mehrere schmale Peaks mit genau bekannter Zentralwellenl\u00e4nge.
