Das spektroradiometrische System erm\u00f6glicht Messungen gem\u00e4\u00df den Normen und dem technischen Bericht: PN-EN 14255:2010 Messung und Beurteilung von personenbezogenen Expositionen gegen\u00fcber inkoh\u00e4renter optischer Strahlung, PN-EN 62471:2010 Photobiologische Sicherheit von Lampen und Lampensystemen.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div data-particle_enable=\"false\" data-particle-mobile-disabled=\"false\" class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d1fcc30 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-child\" data-id=\"d1fcc30\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4596385 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4596385\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Das Set enth\u00e4lt: GL SPECTIS 5.0 TOUCH \u2013 unterst\u00fctzt den Spektralbereich von 200 \u2013 1050 nm (UV-VIS) und ein Set mit verschiedenen Messadaptern (Eingangssystem): Diffusor zur Lichtintensit\u00e4tsmessung, Ulbrichtkugel zur Lichtintensit\u00e4tsmessung und Untersuchung des Lichtstroms[lm] sowie Teleskope zur Messung der Leuchtdichte.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b0fa55a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b0fa55a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Der Auftrag wurde im Rahmen des Projekts Nr. POIG.02.01.01.00-14-088\/09 abgeschlossen. Der Titel des Projekts \u201eZentrum f\u00fcr Forschung und Entwicklung von Technologien f\u00fcr Arbeitsprozesse und Umweltsicherheit (Tech-Safe-Bio) des Zentralinstituts f\u00fcr Arbeitsschutz \u2013 Nationales Forschungsinstitut\u201c. Projekt im Rahmen des operationellen Programms Innovative Wirtschaft 2007-2013, Priorit\u00e4t 2. FuE-Infrastruktur, Ma\u00dfnahme 2.1. ging von der Entwicklung eines Leuchtdichtepr\u00fcfers aus, d.h. eines goniometrischen Sets mit Programmierung, eines Computers, eines Leistungsmessers, eines Spektrometers und einer Vorrichtung zur Leuchtdichtemessung.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7f617e0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7f617e0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Das Projekt wird von der Europ\u00e4ischen Union aus dem Europ\u00e4ischen Entwicklungsfonds im Rahmen von Ma\u00dfnahme 4.3 Technologischer Kredit des Operationellen Programms Innovative Wirtschaft mitfinanziert. Das System bestand aus 2 Lichtquellen, die jeweils aus 2 Modulen mit einer beleuchteten Fl\u00e4che von 90\u00d790 mm bestanden, um au\u00dferhalb des MRT-Scanners zu arbeiten. MRT-Scanner-Beleuchtung mit einer Lichtquelle au\u00dferhalb des Faradayschen K\u00e4figs und einem optischen System, das f\u00fcr den Betrieb im Inneren des MRT-Scanners ausgelegt ist.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4a61c81 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4a61c81\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Lieferung eines Beleuchtungssets f\u00fcr das fMRT-Experiment im Rahmen der Ma\u00dfnahme \u201eEntwicklung eines Verfahrens zur \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung des Einflusses der Lichtfarbe auf die psychophysikalische Effizienz mit dem Verfahren der funktionellen Magnetresonanztomographie\u201c.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div data-particle_enable=\"false\" data-particle-mobile-disabled=\"false\" class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-25ab3c8 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-child\" data-id=\"25ab3c8\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c357275 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c357275\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Die Ma\u00dfnahme wird von der IBD im Rahmen der Phase IV des Mehrjahresprogramms umgesetzt, das eine Fortsetzung des Mehrjahresprogramms \u201eVerbesserung der Sicherheit und der Arbeitsbedingungen\u201c darstellt, dessen Phase I durch die Resolution Nr. 117\/2007 des Ministerrates vom 3. Juli 2007 zur Umsetzung im Zeitraum 2008-2010, Phase II durch die Resolution Nr. 154\/2010 des Ministerrates vom 21. September 2010 zur Umsetzung im Zeitraum 2011-2013 und Phase III durch die Resolution Nr. 126\/2013 des Ministerrates vom 16. Juli 2013 zur Umsetzung im Zeitraum 2014-2016 festgelegt wurde.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-beedb2b elementor-widget (VNIIOFI) ist das von der Russischen F\u00f6deration finanzierte Hauptinstitut der Russischen F\u00f6deration auf dem Gebiet der Photometrie und Radiometrieforschung. Es hat den Status einer Nationalen Zertifizierungsstelle f\u00fcr Messger\u00e4te und ist f\u00fcr die Einhaltung der nationalen Normen f\u00fcr optische Messungen verantwortlich. Im Jahr 2016 wurde das VNIIOFI-Institut beauftragt, ein Labor mit einem Spektralstandard des Lichtstrommusters auszustatten, der den Status einer nationalen Norm erhalten k\u00f6nnte. Der im Rahmen des Wettbewerbs ausgew\u00e4hlte Auftragnehmer w\u00e4hlte GL Optic als Lieferanten eines Nahfeldgoniometers zur spektralen Lichtstrommessung. Das von GL Optic entwickelte, hergestellte und in Betrieb genommene Ger\u00e4t wurde im vierten Quartal 2017 von Navigationshilfen (technischen Leuchten) im Rahmen des von AP-Tech durchgef\u00fchrten Projekts zum Aufbau eines automatischen vorbeugenden Wartungssystems f\u00fcr Beleuchtungsnavigationshilfen erm\u00f6glicht. Der Messkopf wurde mit Hilfe von 15 Messk\u00f6pfen, die ein analoges Signal erzeugen, und einem GL SPECTIS 1.0 UV VIS Spektroradiometer, das ein digitales Signal (USB) erzeugt,
